Everyday Fitness with Purpose
I make a charge to you today. Perform some type of purposeful physical activity, today! Doesn’t have to take a long period of time, just do something. Dr. Otis Locket once said, you are today where the thoughts, feeling, and actions of your yesterdays have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your current thoughts, feeling, and actions lead you. If you want to be healthy, strong, and in good shape tomorrow, exercise today!
