What Do You Want?
What do you want out of yourself? How bad do you want it? Michael Jordan once said that he worked as hard as he could in practice and in games. Kobe Bryant had a commercial that stated he works hard so that he can play hard. My question to you is are you working hard or are you just playing around? You say you want serious results, but are serious about the way you are working? I was in the gym the other week, when I noticed a member working out and talking on the cell phone at the same time. Humans are not able to focus on two or more task at a time. Even all of you that love to multitask. As you perform more than one activity at a time, your mental energies and effort is devided. Therefore, you are using less than 50% of you total mental capasity to perform the two activities. If you want the max. results from exercising. Focus on the activity you are performing and save the conversations for your rest time between different exercises.

Weight Loss Success Tips
There are lots of tips and advice when it comes to fat loss, here are ten top tips that helped many members of my family on their weight loss journey.
1. Making time to eat breakfast. If you don't eat breakfast then this will slow your metabolism down and your body will store calories rather than burn them.
2. Eating at regular intervals. If you fail to eat at regular intervals then your body may go into starvation mode which means it will store any food it gets later in case it happens again.
3. Try to do some aerobic exercise early in the day. This will up your metabolism for the remainder of the day. Examples could be cycling or walking to work, using an exercise machine you have at home or a fitness dvd.
4. Build muscle. Weight training or resistance exercises will help you build muscle which burns more calories than fat even when you are not exercising!
5. Eat smaller meals more frequently rather than 3 large meals. This keeps your body fuelled throughout the day and means you are less likely to snack.
6. Drink plenty of water. In addition to helping your body flush out toxins, water is a naturally appetite suppressant as well as helping the body metabolize stored fat.
7. Physical activity. Improving your lifestyle and adding more physical activity to your routine will dramatically aid your weight loss plans.
8. Get enough sleep. Research has shown that there is a relationship between insufficient sleep and weight loss. Sleep loss affects the way we metabolize carbohydrates resulting in glucose intolerance and possibly increased hunger and a slower metabolism.
9. Decrease alcohol consumption. Alcohol dehydrates the body and it may affect your body's ability to burn fat efficiently.
10. Green tea can improve your overall health and body functions.

Your Steps to Six Pack Abs
Many of us aspire to having flat "six pack" abs (abdominal muscles), and while this is definitely achievable, it is not easy. Generally a diet and exercise plan must be followed for around three months before any meaningful results are seen.
Nutrition is a hugely important factor as if a person has well developed abdominal muscles yet is overweight the muscles will not be seen beneath the layer of fat. Nutritionists recommend eating five or six small meals a day rather than three large ones as this leads to a faster metabolic rate. It is also recommended that highly processed foods are cut out of the diet - so white bread and pasta, fizzy drinks, sugar, fast food, saturated fat and so forth. Items to include in the diet are oatmeal, unsaturated fats/oils (olive oil is very good), whole grain breads, lean meat and fish, fruit, vegetables, nuts, eggs and of course a lot of water.
It is important to establish an exercise regime, the ideal is to work out three or four times per week. A mixture of cardiovascular exercise (such as running or cycling for example), weightlifting and specific abdominal muscle exercises should be used. The cardiovascular exercise should be something enjoyable for the individual, something that they can easily fit into their lifestyle - walking to work instead of taking the bus for example. Ideally this exercise should last for half an hour or more and be taken at least twice per week.
Weight lifting is hugely important because this builds up the muscle in the body, and muscle burns calories more quickly than fat thus increasing the metabolic rate. Again, an exercise period of thirty minutes or so at least twice a week is recommended. Different exercises build different body parts, and for anyone who is unsure the there are lots of websites with the information you need on them.
As for specific abdominal muscle exercise, this should be carried out at least three times per week. There are a lot of different exercises that can be tried, the important thing is to find a few that you enjoy, that work for you, and then to switch between these.
It is advisable to vary the exercise regime every couple of weeks or so as this will improve the results. Anyone who sticks to this plan for three months or so will see a decent improvement in the definition of their six packs. It requires real effort but most people would say it is definitely worth it.

Get Ripped in 6 Weeks Or Less
Want to know how to gain lean muscle mass? Can you really get ripped in 6 weeks? This is possible when you...
Combine the right diet and exercise program
If you don't consume the best foods for muscle building you can't bulk up regardless of how great your workout is.
What's the #1 myth in bodybuilding today?
You need TONS of protein to build muscle. It is true that you need protein... but not nearly as much as most "experts" claim.
How much protein a day to build muscle is necessary to get ripped in 6 weeks?
You've probably heard numbers like 300-400 grams... but in truth you can gain lean muscle mass with just 50 per day. Your number might be slightly more or less depending on your build.
What are the best food sources of protein?
Almost every "get ripped diet plan" will tell you that you need tons of beef, red meat, fish, and eggs... but again this is wrong. This is not only unhealthy but ineffective for bulking up.
Most people who go on this diet aren't able to get results. Instead focus on beans, tofu, nuts and seeds. Simple foods are always the best.
What about fiber?
This is also important... and can easily be obtained naturally through fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains. Also don't forget to drink plenty of water to replenish the amount you lose through working out. Most people don't consume nearly enough of it.
To sum up...
Consuming vegan foods is how to gain lean muscle quickly and get ripped in 6 weeks... or less. Don't get caught up in the "protein craze".
Discover how to gain 10-30 pounds of solid muscle...in less than 8 minutes per day...without supplements...by checking out http://www.gethugemusclesnow.info
